Getting Started

Step 1: Duplicate this template to your own Notion workspace. Click Duplicate in the top-right corner of the page (behind the three dots ...).

Step 2: Once duplicated, open one of the Content Calendars and create your first post. Handling multiple clients? Simply duplicate an existing Content Calendar containing page like Client A - Content Calendar & Reporting until you have as many calendars as client accounts to manage.

The Content Dashboard allows you to see all posts you manage across your clients, and some pre-configured views so you quickly see what requires your attention.

💡Good to Know

The actual databases that contain the content are embedded in a page to group all data like reporting per client/account. If you only have one (or yourself), just remove Client B.
